Millwhites is made from windfall apples grown & hand selected from their own orchards in the heart of the Somerset countryside. It is fermented and matured in oak barrels using the juice of whole pressed English apples.

Millwhites is made from a unique blend of cider apples free from harmful pesticides and chemicals and, unlike other ciders, does not contain any sulphites. This creates its distinct appearance more in keeping with the traditional ciders enjoyed by our ancestors.
